For this purpose, MOA establishes and complies with the privacy policy as follows. 1. Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information Once the purpose related to the personal information is achieved, in principle, the MOA destroys the personal information of the user without a separate verification procedure with the user. However, when the personal information is required to be preserved by applicable laws and the policy of the MOA, the MOA may preserve the personal information for the following periods. 1) In case of complying with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., 5 years for records on contracts, etc. 3 years for records on handling consumer's complaints or disputes 2) In case of complying the MOA's policy 3 years for monitoring of abuse or fraudulent use of services 9. Destruction procedure and Method of Personal Information The destruction procedure and method of the personal information are as follows. 1) Destruction Procedure The MOA selects the personal information for which the reason for destruction occurs, and destroys the personal information with the approval of the personal information protection manager of the MOA. 2) Destruction method The personal information stored in the form of electronic files is deleted using a technical method so that it cannot be reused. The personal information printed on paper is shredded. 10. Contacts of the personal information protection manager The MOA appoints the personal information protection manager as follows in order to ensure the processing of the personal information. The user may request the personal information protection manager for all inquiries, complaints and damage relief related to personal information protection, which are caused when using the MOA's legal services.
