He has been involved in protection of various intellectual property rights, such as a number of patent resolutions, technical review on trade secret leakage cases as well as patent application, trial and litigation on behalf of domestic and international outstanding companies, colleges, researchers and the like. In the MOA, he practices patent and trademark prosecution in mechanical/material fields including vehicles, aircrafts, semiconductor equipment, medical instruments, robotics, business models (BM) and the like.

He gained a lot of practical experience (process design, process improvement, mass production management, etc.) in machine·hydraulic components when working as a production services engineer in the aerospace division of the HANHWA corporation. He has been also actively involved in patent application, a lot of patent resolutions and the like on behalf of global corporations during his tenure of the Kim&Chang. He gained various practical experiences in protection of various intellectual property rights, including the technical review in patent litigation such as trade secret leakage cases.

He worked in the Hyundai Mobis, and then has been involved in patent application on behalf of global corporations during his tenure of the Kim&Chang for the past 13 years. He gained extensive experiences in practices of Germany and European Patents for a long-term study of 18 months in Germany. He also co-founded Qukui (?) Ltd., which is a company that received the presidential award in the creative economy grand prize in 2014. He also is evangelizing to educate patent applications as the adjunct professor in the Kongju National University.
