Agree to the privacy policy[Example]

MOA Intellectual Property Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as "MOA'') protects the personal information of users of the consultation service and handles problems related to the protection in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations such as the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and the Personal Information Protection. For this purpose, MOA establishes and complies with the privacy policy as follows. 1. Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information Once the purpose related to the personal information is achieved, in principle, the MOA destroys the personal information of the user without a separate verification procedure with the user. Destruction procedure and Method of Personal Information The destruction procedure and method of the personal information are as follows. 1) Destruction Procedure The MOA selects the personal information for which the reason for destruction occurs, and destroys the personal information with the approval of the personal information protection manager of the MOA. 2) Destruction method The personal information stored in the form of electronic files is deleted using a technical method so that it cannot be reused.
